SNADNEE / Career
We are looking for Marketing Manager
Take the marketing we’ve built from scratch to a professional level – and bring it to the next league.
Why this role is special? SNADNEE is a Czech software house helping large companies in industries like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing streamline their digital processes.
For a long time, our marketing was done “on the side.” Then we started building the foundations: a new website, LinkedIn content, events, brochures. Now we’re looking for someone who can build on that foundation and take us further – from a well-organized setup to marketing that generates opportunities and makes SNADNEE a recognized brand.
Why now
The company is growing – we’re winning new clients, expanding our teams, and planning further market reach.
Marketing has a direct impact on our sales and brand, which is why we want someone who will seize the opportunity to join us right at the moment we’re stepping into the next stage.
This is a role where you’ll have both space and influence – the chance to shape things in a way that works for you and the company.
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience in B2B marketing – ideally in an agency, IT, or product environment
Can take ownership, work independently, and deliver results
Isn’t stuck on specific tools – you enjoy exploring and testing what works
Has a feel for branding and knows how to translate it into text, visuals, and personal communication
Balances creative thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes
What you’ll do
Prepare a series of LinkedIn posts to attract the companies we want to work with
Finalize materials for an upcoming client event or brochure
Test a new AI tool to make outreach campaigns more effective
Arrange a podcast interview for our CEO
Review our website and suggest improvements in content or structure
You’ll be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities while having plenty of room for your own ideas.
You won’t be building the strategy from scratch – you’ll contribute to its development and, most importantly, make it happen.
What is our culture?
Trust, openness and accountability - these are the values we build on. We're a small team that knows what we do well - and when something doesn't work, we're upfront about it. We work independently, but we're not alone. We share things openly, we help each other and we're not afraid to speak up.
We look for people to join our team - usually developers who feel the same way. It's important to us that the person can plan things, tighten things up, work independently and be responsible. People who resonate with us aren't afraid to communicate - with colleagues and clients - and know that if something isn't said, nothing gets done.
We don't expect you to evaluate technical skills - we have developers for that. Your job is to see how a person thinks, communicates, and if they would fit with our team not only professionally, but also humanly. HR is not a support role with us. It's a key part of the company. We're not looking for someone who will just carry out an assignment - we want a partner who will actively create an environment where people are comfortable working.
What we offer
??? - ??? 000 CZK
A direct impact on the brand and marketing of a company with major clients and projects
Trust and decision-making power – you’ll report directly to the CEO and the Business Development Director
A smaller, agile team where things move fast and you influence the outcome
Remote work* with regular meetings or 100% onsite in Brno
Freedom to experiment – we’re not looking for someone who sticks to templates
If there is any information that is important to you that is missing here, we will be happy to discuss it with you at a joint meeting.
*How does REMOTE cooperation work for us?
Even though we work remote-first, face-to-face meetings are crucial for us - they help to deepen collaboration, relationships and the sharing of ideas. The developers mainly work on technical topics, while others work on project, marketing or business topics.
It always works well when someone from outside the field enters the discussion - a new perspective often brings a better solution. Productivity may be slightly lower, but we see the space for informal conversations and wider context as key to building strong relationships and better collaboration.
